Partners, L.P. is a long biased long-short fund that uniquely
combines equities and equity derivatives in order to meet its
investment objectives. The goal of the fund is to maximize risk
adjusted return on capital and produce equity like returns with
less than equity market risk.
Compass Capital Partners, L.P. is open to accredited investors. The fund is designed to maintain a lower correlation to the broader equity markets and behave like a separate asset class. The fund also focuses on downside protection and controlling volatility and is suitable for accredited investors that desire a complement to existing core/index equity products that are widely available. The Fund, a Delaware partnership, was started on April 3, 2000. The investment advisor to the fund is Compass Capital Advisors, LLC. Daryl Hodgkinson and Gregory Schmitt are the sole managing members of Compass Capital Advisors, LLC and are significant investors in the fund. |
